Cheese Of The Week: Wensleydale Cranberry

Wensleydale Cranberry is one of England’s oldest cheeses and was originally produced in the north of England. Creamy with an open texture, this cheese was first known to be made by monks in the 11th century. 

Wensleydale Cranberry is free of artificial sweeteners and made with only natural ingredients. The cheese is also suitable for vegetarians. 

Perfect for the holiday season,  this cheese is a wonderful dessert cheese when served on sweetened or ginger crackers or great crumbled over a salad.
