Curbside & In-Store Pick-Up policy.

We are open to walk in customers or order ahead and have it waiting for you at the store.

Our online ordering system is available seven days a week, and we offer pickup at our location Tuesday-Saturday 10:30am-5:30pm

Please note we are closed on Sundays, Mondays and most holidays.

If you want to do curbside, please call the shop upon your arrival and we will bring your bag out to you. In colder weather, it may be on our table for you to collect at the time you indicated when you placed your order.

You can also place your orders by phone. Please call 203-248-0648. Please do not leave orders on our voicemail! If the line is busy that means we are helping another customer. You will need to try again or use the online ordering system.

All orders online and by phone require at least one-hour processing time and at high peak times this may be extended. We are unable to provide drive-up service. Please place orders in advance.

48-hour cancellation: If you are unable to keep your order our shop requires, not less then 48-hours notice, before the reserved order. All orders that are cancelled with less than a 48-hour notice or not picked up are subject to a full 100% charge. No refunds are accepted.
